News Snippets Our News Snippets campaign discussed the most current headlines in Pakistan, particularly during the pandemic. We've covered a range of topics; from COVID-19 updates in Pakistan, to how the Pakistani government dealt with the virus, to how various provinces have adopted different protocols throughout the pandemic. With this campaign, we hope you could connect more with the going-ons back home.

PAMSA Perspectives PAMSA Perspectives allows medical students and doctors from our communities to share their unique stories and experiences; be it struggles, moments which affirmed their career choice, moments where they questioned their competence, or even just a message to their younger self. Through PAMSA Perspectives, we try to show the reality and day-to-day life of those in medicine.

Dose of Urdu Dose of Urdu is our newest campaign. Have you been in a situation where an Urdu-speaking auntie or uncle turns to you for help when understanding what the doctor has said? Ever been unsure on how to translate? No worries, PAMSA is here. Through our Dose of Urdu campaign we’re aiming to create a complete guide to assist you on the wards by providing an English and Urdu translation for common history questions. Check out our guide section on our Instagram for the full list!

More Than Words We asked a few medic friends and family practicing in Pakistan to translate the phrase mental health into Urdu - each one gave us a different translation. We started this campaign as we realised mental health is broader than just words. We're aiming to bring you messages from professionals in the field of mental health, exercises to improve your mental wellbeing and some informative posts that might be new to you (and much more). Keep an eye out on our social media!
